Julie Jones: Founder and Director of Partneres Solutions Ltd.

Julie has 17 years of quality accounting and fund administration experience in a variety of challenging senior management roles. Julie has a high degree of commercial awareness and is extensively travelled and well networked.
Julie's extensive track record is illustrated by her significant contribution to the growth of a leading private equity fund administrator for whom she worked for 9 years. She was an executive Director and shareholder until September 2009, and demonstrated her sales and marketing abilities with significant achievements and successes. Julie has consistently achieved and exceeded targets within a very competitive, fast moving private equity service industry. Following the management buy-out of the company in September 2008 she successfully managed to gain the trust of the clients and company contacts to ensure continuity of the business service offering following the departure of the founder.
The decision to set up her own business to compliment and support clients located in Guernsey or considering relocating to Guernsey evolved from her deep rooted belief that people in service businesses are the key to competitive advantage. Julie recognises that there is a limit to how many hours management can devote to their work, training and development. Julie has used high energy and drive to succeed in her career to date, and aims to motivate those around her whilst gaining long term trust from her clients.
